Here are the things I did to get the speedo of the coffee TBird

I will send to anyone asking for, STL files of the Box (3 parts) then after going to a fast prototyping shop, it could be easily painted.

After dismantling the original from the tank,

The first step is to unsolder the connector of the PCB and insert a ribbon cable
The second step will be to machine the original box (starting there, there is no way to come back) until it fits the box
Then add the joint to seal it.

I would recommand to make sure everything fits before sending to the paint shop
It is very very tight, as I wanted that to be as small as possible

So PM me with an email address, I'll send STL files (all fast prototyping shops accept STL)

For the material used, mine is ABS+ and it is done using a UPrint (now owned by HP)

I finally could get a hold on the electrical drawings....
The speedo is rather complex but could be redesigned

Helpmaboab here
I have a Storm, great bike but I don't like the tank clock.

Has anyone fitted Rocket3 clocks to a TBird
Cheers
